Thank you for your interest in a puppy from Stiffler Bulldogs. We believe in puppies being reared properly. Litters are raised and nurtured in our home. We spend a lot of time, during the first nine weeks, handling and exposing puppies to different stimuli, new experience, other pets of ours and people that we know. Each and every puppy receives a lot of love, playtime and attention. Our puppies are socialized, current on vaccinations, de-wormed and checked for genetic defects before they go to their new homes. We offer health guarantees and references of satisfied puppy purchasers.  Please be aware that puppies are not trained, well-mannered, finished products. They are puppies. They will have accidents and they will get into mischief…all a part of being a puppy. We expect new owners to finish the job we have started and help their puppy become a mature, well-mannered Bulldog by being responsible for the further development of the puppy’s personality. This is accomplished through structured discipline, training, guidance and most of all love. Our first consideration is the safety and well-being of our puppies, from the day they are conceived until the day (hopefully long into the future) pass on. Also, we keep in close contact with our puppy buyers; they become part of our extended canine family. Although we will always keep in mind the color preferences of our puppy buyers, we do not place our pups based solely on color choice. We evaluate the pups from day one, and puppies are placed on a variety of things such as temperament and natural instinct. The selection for breed or show potential and those available for companion/neutered homes are determined by 6.5 weeks of age. Reservations are honored and based upon suitability of each pup to each individual home. 1.  Choice of Law and Venue:

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without giving effect to the principles of conflict of law thereof. The parties hereby designate Hendricks County, Danville, IN to be the proper jurisdiction and venue for any suit or action arising out of this Agreement.

2.  Stiffler Bulldogs reserves the right to refuse service or to refund a deposit on any puppy and void this contract as they see best fit.

3.  One-year warranty:

If the puppy should die due to genetics or be severely impaired. A replacement puppy will be given. Shipping is not included. No reimbursement will be given for veterinarian bills for the diagnosis or treatment of said puppy. It will need to be proven that it was a genetic fault. Which would need to be done by necropsy or other testing, Performed at the cost of the buyer. The necropsy may not be needed if breeder thinks or finds it not to be necessary. This will be at the breeder’s discretion.

The warranty excludes any condition stated below:

·  Hernias

·  Pinch Nostrils

·  Non-Descended Testicle’s

·  Neglect

·  Poor diet

·  If the dog is fixed before one year of age

4.  Stiffler Bulldogs guarantees the puppy will be delivered in good health, current on vaccinations and deworming, and free of Distemper, Parvo, Parainfluenza, and any life-threatening genetic defect.

5.  All puppies shipping with a pet transport, will have a current health certificate from a licensed Veterinary Clinic.

6.  Puppies will be up to date on deworming and shots at time of shipping or pick up. Follow up shots and deworming’s are the responsibility of the buyer. Any pup that develops an illness related to lack of shots or deworming will NOT be replaced.

7.  Purchaser agrees to follow up with a Veterinary Clinic within 5 days of receiving the pup. At that time, if the puppy is found to have a genetic defect, Stiffler Bulldogs will replace the puppy. We reserve the right to ask for a second opinion on any findings by the said Vet.

8.  Purchaser agrees to provide a safe home for their new pup and will not use the pup for any illegal activity. If at any time, the purchaser is found to be using the puppy for illegal activity, Stiffler Bulldogs reserves the right to regain possession of the puppy. We do not tolerate dog fighting and WILL pursue legal action to regain rights to the puppy.

9.  A deposit is required to hold any puppy under the age of 9 weeks. Puppies are required to be paid for in full by 9 weeks of age. If at 9 weeks of age the pup has not been paid for in full, you will forfeit your deposit. If you change your mind on a pup, your deposit may be transferred to any available pup at that time. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

10.  If at any time you can no longer retain possession of this dog, Owner of Stiffler Bulldogs is to be notified and given first option of resuming full ownership of dog in order to locate this dog a new home. The dog will be returned with all registration papers and medical records. Should any circumstances arise that affect the quality of life of this dog, Stiffler Bulldogs is to be informed so that they may participate in determining the future of the dog.  Stiffler Bulldogs reserves the right to approve/prohibit any transfer of this animal to a third party. Under no circumstances will this dog be sold, leased, traded or given away to any pet shop, research laboratory, animal shelter or similar facility.

11.  We do not guarantee against Hip or Elbow Dysplasia and it is a polygenic trait that is affected by environmental factors, (i.e. feeding) as well as the fact that few other English Bulldog breeders are OFA testing their studs. We will test our dogs when they are at least 2 years of age. We do not breed dogs with known Hip Dysplasia, BUT the trait can pop up from a previous generation. There is no way for us to guarantee perfect hips in these animals. 12.  Stiffler Bulldogs reserves the right to include our kennel name on the puppy’s registration paperwork. All puppies purchased from Stiffler Bulldogs must keep their original paperwork, papers, and names cannot be illegally altered.

13.  Payments may be made with Cash, PayPal (deposit only and with friends and family), Cashapp, Venmo. We also accept payments through postal money orders, and certified bank check. We will NOT accept any personal checks. 

14.  Any Deposit on any breeding is NON REFUNDABLE. If the breeding does not take, or the desired pick/ sex is not produced, deposit will be transferred to the repeat breeding of the sire and dam or another breeding of the customer’s choice.

EVEN IF BREEDING IS NOT REPEATED, DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. THEY MUST BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER BREEDING.

15.  If at any point legal action is required for Stiffler Bulldogs to regain possession of this puppy you agree to cover ALL fees associated with recovery of this puppy. This may include but is not limited to the following: Legal fees, Travel expenses, any fees associated with preparing the dog to be rehomed (Training/Veterinary care.)

16.  By signing this agreement, you understand and agree to the terms that we have stated in this contract 100%. You also understand that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and may only be transferred to another litter or puppy.
